Business Health

According to W3Techs, 2018 saw WordPress being used by more than 30.7% of the top 10 million websites globally, 59.9% of all websites whose content management system is known, and the most popular website management or blogging system in use on the web today. Or to put it more concisely, more than 60 million websites. A meteoric rise since its initial release on 27th May 2003. Yet, the average pre-tax salary of a WordPress developer, according to Glassdoor, is in the region of £22-£24 per hour, most of which, are self-employed or freelance individuals, with all the associated risks that this particular style of employment carries with it.

The focus of the WP&UP Business health Hub, set in this context, is to provide the tools and expertise, through the access of a dedicated ‘toolkit’ of best-practice financial, business growth, and the partnership opportunities with the relevant capitalists and corporates that are looking to assist and enable each and every WordPress community member running a business to take their vision to fruition.
